Laura Clark is an architect; she lives in England. In 2005, Laura graduated from the Glasgow School of Art and then moved to work in London. She bought the premises. Its main characteristic was that it was built in 1929 but stopped working in 1980.
For 30 years, no one entered these places, and it was visible to the naked eye: everywhere, debris, ruins, and cracked walls.
At first, Laura wanted to turn this room into a small cinema or bar, but even after three years, she could not get permission. In the unsightly hall, she decided to make an apartment. The apartment of their dreams.
She did most of the work herself: demolishing the partitions, building new ones, installing the electrical wiring, painting the walls, etc.
The room was bought from him in 2011, after five long years of work, and in 2016, the dream came true.
